Vendo Platform Credits

For the Vendo platform (non-Shopify integrations), Vendo uses a credit system to track usage based on data volume processed.

During Onboarding

The onboarding phase involves connecting and syncing data sources. Key points:

  • Credits are not charged during onboarding
  • Billing begins only after setup completion and successful initial sync
  • Validation and testing data doesn’t count toward usage

Credits are calculated and pushed daily after onboarding concludes.

When are Credits Counted?

Daily credit calculations reflect previous-day activity:

Where Can I See My Credits?

View usage within your Vendo account or Stripe billing portal, with entries listed by date and credit count.


Frequently Asked Questions

Am I billed during onboarding?

No charges occur during onboarding. You will only begin accruing billed usage once your setup is complete and your first successful data sync is confirmed.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes. Enter a promo code during plan selection in the onboarding flow. Valid promo codes apply a discount to your subscription.

Why is there a 2-day delay for credits? (Platform)

To ensure complete and accurate data processing, credit usage is finalized after the full job has completed and been verified.

Is a usage breakdown available?

Detailed breakdowns are in development. Contact support@vendodata.com for current reports.

What happens if a job fails?

Credits are not pushed for that day if jobs fail or remain incomplete.
