How to Check the Identity Merge API Version

Vendo currently offers limited functionality with Simplified Merge API. We recommend customers to use Original API for full functionality.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Organization Settings.
2. Access the Identity Merge section.
3. Confirm that Original API is selected.

Warning: This is a required step — the Shopify integration may not work correctly with the Simplified API.
