Source + Destination — Vendo sends ad performance data, Shopify events, and payment data into your Amplitude project, and reads Amplitude data for reporting, Pulse change detection, and analytics.

What Vendo Sends

Ad Performance Events

Vendo syncs daily ad data from connected ad platforms as Amplitude events:

User & Group Properties

Vendo syncs user and group properties alongside events:

  • User Properties — Customer profiles, purchase history, engagement scores
  • Group Properties — Company or account-level attributes for B2B analytics

Identity & Deduplication

  • Identity — Amplitude User ID and Device ID
  • Deduplication — Insert ID per event to prevent duplicate tracking

Setup

  1. In the Vendo app, navigate to Destinations > Amplitude
  2. Enter your Amplitude API Key and Secret Key
  3. Select your data center region (US or EU)
  4. Choose which events and data to sync
  5. Save — Vendo will begin sending data to your Amplitude project

Verify Setup

  1. Trigger a test event from your storefront or ad platform
  2. Confirm the event appears in Amplitude’s Event Stream
  3. Check Vendo integration logs for recent sync activity
