Vendo reads Stripe’s standard API data server-side to track key revenue and subscription moments, then delivers them to your connected destination. No code or webhooks to maintain on your side.

Events

Account CreatedA new customer record is created in Stripe (excludes guest purchases)
Payment ReceivedA payment is successfully charged to a customer
Payment Received – Line ItemsOne event per line item within a payment, for per-product analysis
Payment FailedA customer’s payment attempt is unsuccessful
Payment RefundedA payment is refunded (timestamped to when the refund occurred)
Subscription StartedThe first payment for a subscription is received
Subscription UpdatedThe plan changes — upgrade or downgrade, not just billing interval
Subscription Cancel RequestedA customer requests cancellation, including the cancellation reason
Subscription EndedA subscription concludes
Trial Started / Ended / ExtendedA trial begins, concludes, or is extended
MRRMonthly recurring revenue across all billing frequencies, net of Stripe fees

Revenue events carry gross, net, and fee amounts in both the original currency and your reporting currency. See Stripe Metrics for details.

User Properties

PropertyDescription
LTVThe customer’s lifetime value (net of Stripe fees and refunds), updated with each new payment
Current subscriptionThe customer’s latest plan, status, amount, and any active discount
Customer profileEmail, Stripe customer ID, billing location, and account creation date
