Customer 360

Review resolved customer profiles and the identifiers, properties and events that are linked to each customer.

Last reviewed September 15, 2026

Customer 360 is the Customers workspace. It shows resolved customer profiles. Open Data → Data Catalog → Customers.

Identity configuration is no longer a Customer 360 tab. Use Data → Data Preferences → Identity Graph.

Profiles

Each profile has the canonical user identifier of Vendo as its key. Open a profile to see the identifiers linked to it, its resolved properties and its available event stream.

The top of a profile shows the name, email and phone of the customer. It also shows the sources, the number of identifiers and the first and last seen dates.

Profile Tabs

A profile has 4 tabs.

Profile

The Profile tab shows a table of the properties of the customer. Each row shows the Property, Value, Source and Updated time.

You can filter the table:

  • By source.
  • By value: Has value (the default), All values or Not set.
  • By property kind: Identity (Vendo), Unified (Vendo), Source columns or Raw source properties.

To keep a property at the top, pin it. Click the pin icon on its row, or click Pin a property. Pins apply to all customers in the workspace, and all team members see the same pins.

Events

The Events tab shows the events of the customer, grouped by day, newest first. Vendo matches events on every identifier that it knows for the customer.

  • Select a range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days (the default) or Last 12 months.
  • Search by event name or property.
  • Filter by Source or by Matched via (the identifier that matched the event).

Click an event to see its event_id, the matched identifier, the source and the full properties. To see where the identifier comes from, click View in lineage.

Lineage

The Lineage tab shows each source and data model that syncs customer data in the workspace. For each one, it shows the identifiers and fields that it maps onto the customer.

  • Contributed to this customer: the inputs that matched this customer.
  • Configured, not matched for this customer: the other inputs.

The Customer box shows the resolved identifiers, profile fields and streams.

Audiences

The Audiences tab shows each audience and whether the customer is a Member or Not a member. It also shows when each audience was last refreshed. Vendo checks membership by email. If the customer has no email, the tab shows no audiences.

Identity Results

Treat a profile as the result of the current identity configuration. It is not a customer record that cannot change. Changes to mappings or to source priority can change future graph results.

Verify Customer Data

  1. Open a known test customer.
  2. Compare the identifiers and properties with their source systems.
  3. Check the event timeline and the reporting timezone.
  4. Before you use the profile for activation, investigate unexpected merges in Identity Graph.
