Connected Apps

Connected Apps is your central hub for managing platform connections. View all authenticated integrations, check connection status, and manage credentials.

Open Data → Apps in the Data menu.

What Connected Apps is for

• View all platforms connected to your Vendo workspace
• Check connection health and authentication status
• Manage OAuth tokens and API credentials
• Reconnect apps when authentication expires
• Remove apps you no longer need

App types

Connected Apps shows all authenticated platforms across:

Each app appears once, even if used by multiple sources or destinations.

Connection status

Apps display their current status:

Click an app to see detailed status and recent sync history.

Managing credentials

Reconnecting an app

If authentication expires or is revoked:

1. Click the app card.
2. Click Reconnect in the detail panel.
3. Complete the OAuth flow or re-enter API credentials.
4. Syncs resume automatically once reconnected.

Updating credentials

For apps using API keys:

1. Click the app card.
2. Click Edit credentials.
3. Enter new API key or secret.
4. Save changes.

Removing an app

1. Click the app card.
2. Click Remove in the detail panel.
3. Confirm removal.

Removing an app stops all associated syncs. Historical data remains in your warehouse.

App details

Each app card shows:

• Platform name and icon
• Connection status with color indicator
• Last sync time
• Associated sources or destinations
