TikTok Organic

Vendo syncs TikTok account, video and organic content performance data.

Last reviewed September 25, 2026

Source: Vendo imports videos, account metrics and audience insights from a TikTok account.

This Source is separate from TikTok Ads. It does not import campaigns, ad groups or spend.

What Vendo Syncs

Videos

Vendo imports these fields for each video:

  • Caption, content type, publish date and public link
  • Links and UTM parameters found in the caption
  • Cover image
  • Views, reach, likes, comments, shares and favorites
  • Watch time, completion rate, follower gains and profile views
  • Traffic sources, retention, engagement and audience breakdowns
  • Website, phone, lead, app, email and address clicks when TikTok provides them

The comments value is a count. Vendo does not import the text of individual comments.

TikTok can include promoted views in account-owned video metrics. Vendo labels dashboard values as Total performance for this reason.

Account Metrics

Vendo imports profile details and lifetime follower, following, like and video counts.

Vendo also imports daily views, engagement, follower changes, clicks and audience activity for the latest 60 days.

Some audience fields need at least 100 followers. Some click fields need a verified Business Account.

Content Mapping

Vendo maps each TikTok video to the Content Group type. You can use this Group in dashboards and models.

Vendo stores a copy of each cover image in private Vendo storage. Dashboards use this copy after the provider link expires.

Data Freshness

Vendo reads videos on the configured Source schedule. Each run refreshes 60 days of video and account performance.

TikTok can take 24 to 48 hours to return new metrics. Vendo marks omitted metrics as unavailable and keeps the other video data.

Vendo reads account and content data. It does not publish, edit or delete TikTok content.
