Compare Vendo plans, understand included data processing, storage, and AI charges, and investigate workspace usage from account settings.

Vendo’s standard plans include the same core product. The plan changes how much data processing and storage are included, how often data can sync, and the level of support. Managed AI usage is billed separately.
Use the pricing page for the current public offer. A signed order form or enterprise agreement takes precedence when it contains negotiated terms.

Start Up and Business include the same core product features. Enterprise can add private deployment, SSO, advanced permissions, custom integrations, and agreed service levels.
View workspace usage
Open Workspace Settings → Billing & Usage when the page is enabled for your workspace. Depending on your plan and available data, it can show:
- Subscription or billing status.
- Platform credit usage.
- Pipeline rows, reads, writes, or compute activity.
- Source and production warehouse storage.
- Recent AI usage logs.
Use Workspace Settings → AI Usage for the model-level split between Vendo-provided and bring-your-own-key usage.
Understand included data processing
Vendo adds the bytes it reads, writes, and processes through models or queries. Each operation is metered when it happens, so the same data can be processed in more than one step.
For example, 10 GB read, 10 GB written, and 5 GB scanned by a model counts as 25 GB toward the monthly processing allowance. Start Up includes 50 GB of data processing each month and Business includes 500 GB. Storage and managed AI usage are separate. A raw row count does not by itself show the amount processed.
When you review a credit total, confirm:
- The billing period and workspace.
- The usage type included by the agreement.
- Whether the source job completed successfully.
- The included or negotiated processing allowance.
- Whether recent activity is still being finalized.
AI usage
AI usage is tracked separately by model and key source. Provider prices and available models can change, so use the values shown in AI Usage instead of a copied provider rate table.
- Vendo-provided key — Vendo pays the provider and attributes usage to the workspace.
- BYOK — your provider account is billed directly; Vendo records usage metadata for visibility.
Investigate an unexpected total
- Confirm the workspace and date range.
- Compare the usage day with related jobs in Activity Logs.
- Check for retries, backfills, or overlapping schedules.
- Separate pipeline, storage, credit, and AI totals.
- Capture the job IDs and billing-period details before contacting support.

Which price applies to me?
Use the public pricing page for standard plans. Use your current order form for negotiated or Enterprise terms.
What happens when I reach my data processing allowance?
Vendo shows your processing usage and warns you as you approach the monthly allowance. If your workspace regularly needs more processing, Vendo will agree a larger allowance or plan with you. An active data workflow is not silently stopped.
How is data processing calculated?
We add the data Vendo reads, writes, and processes through models or queries. Each operation counts when it happens. Reading 10 GB and writing the same 10 GB is 20 GB processed; a later model or query scan is counted as another operation.
Does annual billing change the included usage?
Annual billing changes the payment schedule, not the monthly allowance. Start Up continues to include 50 GB of processing per month and Business continues to include 500 GB per month.
What happens near the storage limit?
Vendo calculates the average amount of managed data stored during the billing period. Start Up includes 10 GB and Business includes 100 GB. Vendo warns you as you approach the allowance and agrees a larger allowance or plan with you when needed; the product does not silently stop an active data workflow.
Why can recent usage change?
Usage can be finalized after a job completes and downstream records are available. Treat an in-progress period as provisional.
What should I include in a billing question?
Include the workspace, billing period, usage category, relevant job IDs, and the total you expected.
