Delete Facebook and Instagram Data

You can remove Vendo’s access to Facebook and Instagram and delete the data that Vendo imported for your workspace.

Remove the Connection in Vendo

1. Sign in to Vendo.
2. Open Data, then Sources.
3. Open the Facebook Pages & Instagram Source.
4. Delete the Source and confirm the data deletion.
5. Open Data, then Apps.
6. Open Facebook Pages & Instagram and remove the App.

Deleting the Source removes its imported data from Vendo’s managed storage. Removing the App deletes the stored Meta authorization from your workspace.

Remove Vendo in Meta

You can also remove Vendo from your Facebook account’s Business Integrations settings. This revokes Vendo’s future access at Meta.

Revoking access at Meta does not send Vendo a reliable instruction to delete data that was imported earlier. Complete the Vendo steps above or send a deletion request.

Email support@vendodata.com from the address on your Vendo account. Include your workspace name and the Facebook Pages & Instagram Source name.

Ask us to delete the Meta connection and its imported Facebook and Instagram data. We will verify that you can act for the workspace before processing the request.
