Review generated findings and action requests, filter by domain or cadence, and record or dispatch a supported approval decision.

Decisions is the human-review queue for generated findings and recommendations. Open Labs → Decisions to inspect evidence before an action is accepted or dismissed.
What appears in Decisions
Items can include KPI summaries, trends, anomalies, recommendations, audience changes, pipeline health, and model performance. Each item records a cadence and a source domain. The domains are Feature Store, Models, Segments, Pipelines, Cross-Source and Activation.
Use the status filter to show Open, Approved or Dismissed items. Use the other filters to focus on one domain or cadence.
Review an item
- Open the item.
- Confirm the active workspace.
- Read the recommendation and supporting snapshot.
- Check the related entity, time range, metric definition, and proposed payload.
- Compare material claims with the source data.
- If the effect and rollback path are clear, click Approve.
- If they are not clear, click Decline or investigate further.
What approval does
Every decision changes the item status from open to approved or dismissed. Vendo records who decided it. The update has a guard, so the same open item cannot be decided twice at the same time.
Some recommendation types have a wired side effect:
- A calculated-property recommendation can apply the reviewed rule.
- An Agent task action can run the prepared operation that the Automation left. If you decline it, the operation does not run.
Other item types record the review decision. They do not change an external system automatically. Do not assume that every Approve button adjusts a budget, starts a sync, or creates an Automation.
Configure generation
In the Settings panel, you can enable daily, weekly, monthly, and anomaly-driven generation. You can also select the domains to include. You can generate an on-demand recommendation for a selected domain.
Enable only the domains that your team is ready to review. A high-volume queue with no owner weakens the control.
Troubleshooting

| Approve is unavailable | Item status, feature availability, and user authorization |
| Item already decided | Another reviewer may have approved or declined it |
| Side effect failed | The item should return to open. Inspect the root error before you retry |
| Recommendation lacks evidence | Decline or investigate. Do not approve based only on narrative text |
